Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
• In-country (UAE) experience required.
• Professional membership MRICS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Commission Managers in project tasks.
• Deliver excellent client service.
• Produce accurate Bills of Quantities.
• Manage post-contract cost variances.

Skills

Knowledge of Real Estate / Property sector

Measurement of building and MEP works

Experience with standard form contracts

Procurement experience

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
