The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The role involves supporting project execution, preparing high-quality presentations, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support project planning and execution activities.

  • Prepare and design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.

  • Create, manage, and maintain project documentation using Word and Excel.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.

  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Assist in resource planning and project budgeting as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6 to7 years of proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.

  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a must.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
