Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking a Head of Production / Technical Director in the UAE to oversee full-cycle production setup. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in production management, quality assurance, and engineering. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus. The role involves managing staff and ensuring compliance with international standards, requiring relocation to the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Full-cycle production setup from concept to launch.
- Preparation and management of all required permits and documentation.
- Recruitment and management of production staff.
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with international standards.
- Optimization and supervision of all production stages.
- Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Skills
We are looking for a strong professional with extensive experience in setting up and managing production processes from scratch.
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle production setup (from concept to launch).
Preparation and management of all required permits and documentation.
Recruitment and management of production staff.
Ensuring product quality and compliance with international standards.
Optimization and supervision of all production stages.
Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken & written).
