A premium bathroom products company in Dubai is looking for a Procurement professional to manage procurement processes, develop strategies, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have a higher education and at least 3 years of managerial experience, along with proficiency in English and Russian. - Development and implementation of the procurement strategy.
- Cost optimization and procurement budget management.
- Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards.
- Management of turnover and stock levels.
- Inventory analysis and demand forecasting.
- Interaction with logistics, production, and finance departments.
- Leadership of the procurement team, training and development of employees.
- Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities.
- Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, negotiation management.
