Take over a key role as a Supply Chain Manager in the Fulfillment - Quality department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

• Own the end-to-end supply chain for consumables and operational materials - vendor sourcing, procurement, stocking, replenishment, and internal distribution
• Build and implement standardized warehouse processes across receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and reconciliation
• Strengthen vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, optimize SKUs, and improve cost efficiency across categories
• Establish inventory models, demand planning frameworks, and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste/stockouts
• Set up and manage WMS/IMS systems, ensuring accurate stock visibility, batch tracking, and automation of core workflows
• Implement strong controls on consumption, distribution, and adoption across service teams to ensure cost discipline
• Drive continuous product innovation for consumables and kits - exploring new suppliers, testing new SKUs, and optimizing product quality

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and build a scalable inventory ecosystem from the ground up.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, procurement, or logistics functions
• Hands‑on experience running high‑volume consumables or kit‑based operations (preferred: beauty, personal care, FMCG, home cleaning, or similar)
• Strong understanding of inventory management models, replenishment planning, demand forecasting, and safety stock calculations
• Experience with WMS/IMS systems and designing warehouse layout, workflows, and SOPs
• Highly structured operator with strong execution, ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, scaling environment and set up processes from 0 → 1
