Office Assistant Job in El-Ain

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This position offers a salary of 1100 per month and we are open to consider an immigrant. No experience is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general administrative support
  • Create documents such as correspondence, reports, memos, letters, emails etc.
  • Maintain filing systems and organize documents as needed
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
