Overview

Office assistant job in El-Ain UAE for unskilled workers. We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for our El-Ain office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, answering phones, photocopying and data entry;
  • Maintain office supplies; order new supplies when necessary;
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as keeping track of invoices;
  • Keep accurate records of employee attendance, vacation requests, sick days, etc.;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Answer questions from employees or clients in person or over the phone;
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant is preferred but not required;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
