This role involves managing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring high standards of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in multi-service operations, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of UAE labor laws. They are seeking a Head of Operations to lead their Home Services division, driving operational efficiency, team performance, service quality, and client satisfaction at scale.
- Daily operations across all service lines.
- Team leadership: managers, supervisors, technicians.
- Service quality, KPIs, and client satisfaction.
- Operational planning, scheduling & resource allocation.
- Cost control, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Continuous improvement, process enhancement & CRM accuracy.
- VIP clients, escalations & large projects.
- 10+ years experience in multi-service operations (facilities, hospitality, or residential services).
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large teams.
- Expertise in SOPs, KPIs, manpower planning & service delivery.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, QHSE standards & compliance.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.
- CRM/CAFM systems knowledge is a plus.
