About the Company

Back Alive Barbershop is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing and most recognized grooming brands, known for our premium service, precision, and strong client loyalty. We operate two branches across Dubai and are expanding rapidly. We are urgently looking for a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to‑day operations.

Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that both branches (City Walk and Marina) run efficiently and maintain our premium service standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, on‑time opening of both branches.
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming standards, attendance, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a consistent, premium client experience across all locations.
  • Manage daily reports, KPIs, cash flow, inventory tracking, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Communicate regularly with owners regarding performance, challenges, and improvements.
  • Act as the bridge between management and staff, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in operations, hospitality, or retail management.
  • Experience in barbershop/salon operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people‑management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and consistent in execution.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools and reporting systems.
  • Calm, professional, and solution‑focused under pressure.
  • Ability to follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
