They are seeking a Head of Operations to lead their Home Services division, driving operational efficiency, team performance, service quality, and client satisfaction at scale.

What You’ll Lead
  • Daily operations across all service lines.
  • Team leadership: managers, supervisors, technicians.
  • Service quality, KPIs, and client satisfaction.
  • Operational planning, scheduling & resource allocation.
  • Cost control, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Continuous improvement, process enhancement & CRM accuracy.
  • VIP clients, escalations & large projects.
What they are Looking For
  • 10+ years experience in multi-service operations (facilities, hospitality, or residential services).
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large teams.
  • Expertise in SOPs, KPIs, manpower planning & service delivery.
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, QHSE standards & compliance.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.
  • CRM/CAFM systems knowledge is a plus.
