As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience while ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless service flow from the front-of-house to the kitchen.
  • Supervise, train, and support the restaurant staff, inspiring them to provide top-notch service to guests.
  • Manage scheduling, staff performance, and employee relations to cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Monitor service standards and customer feedback, continually seeking ways to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and specials that align with customer preferences.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for sanitation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a proactive manner, maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and high standards of customer service.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining standards.

AED 3500 - 4700 basic salary range depending on the experience. Plus 375 Food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 Credit card tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
