A construction and engineering company in Dubai is seeking an HR Officer to manage visa processes and employment contracts. The role includes preparing contracts, handling visa documentation, and maintaining personnel files. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR/Admin and at least 3 years of relevant experience, especially familiar with UAE Employment Visa processes.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting an HR Officer to join corporate HR Dept in Dubai, UAE.
Position Summary:
Work as a point of contact between staffs & related Depts. for visa process (New Visa Applications, Visa Renewal, Visa cancellation, etc..), management of employment contracts and personnel files.
- Prepare and send employment contract to selected candidates.
- Collect employment and other personal documents for visa application process.
- Coordinate with PR Dept & Typing Centers for processing of Entry Permit, Labor Contract, Visa and Emirates ID, etc..
- Track and process timely renewals of employees visa before expiry date.
- Maintain personnel files and database
- Assist other team members in daily HR Operations
- Bachelors Degree in HR/Admin
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiar with UAE Employment Visa process
