Motivate Media Group is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Payables) to join our dynamic team. We seek a qualified professional preferably CA CWA ACCA or CPA with strong expertise in accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.
- Manage the accounts payable process including invoice processing, vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers, freelancers and service providers.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Oversee bank reconciliation, audit preparations and internal controls.
- Professional qualification (CA, CWA, ACCA, CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate in Journalism or related course. Background in business journalism or finance.
- Minimum of 5 years and above relevant professional work experience.
- Must meet deadlines and have strong time management skills.
