The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Design and deliver lectures following the Scheme of Work to ensure achievement of established learning objectives.
• Prepare teaching materials in compliance with CAA standards.
• Supervise and mentor students in design projects and creative portfolios.
• Contribute to program development ensuring relevance to current and emerging trends in the global fashion industry.
• Monitor and report student progress and performance issues to the Director of Education/Program Leader.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of higher education teaching experience at an international institution.
• Proven industry experience in Fashion Design, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CLO3D, and MS Office
• Skilled in drawing and illustration, pattern cutting, draping, and garment construction.
• Knowledge of materials, textiles, sustainability, and luxury fashion standards.
• Strong awareness of global fashion markets, trends, and brand positioning.
