We are looking for a skilled Pastry CDP to manage a designated section within the pastry kitchen. You will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, assisting in recipe execution, and ensuring consistent presentation and taste.

1. Prepare and present pastries, baked goods, and desserts in line with recipes and standards.
2. Maintain mise en place and assist with daily pastry production.
3. Work closely with the Senior CDP and Sous Chef to meet service timelines.
4. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
5. Support junior team members and maintain a clean, organized station.
6. Assist in testing and developing new items when required.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
2. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Pastry Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
3. HACCP Certified with a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
4. Skilled in various pastry techniques including doughs, fillings, and decoration.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
6. A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pastry.
