Job summary
A growing media and creative agency is seeking a proactive Business Developer to generate new business opportunities and build client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with creative teams. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and preferably a background in media or marketing. This role offers the chance to contribute to the agency’s growth in the UAE market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition in media or creative agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver agency presentations and proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
