PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate English classes to all operational departments

• Make an assessment with all learners to ensure the improvement
• Prepare learning material.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the learning schedule.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Develops oneself at all times.
• Understands hotel operation and policies so that can assist others to perform their functions efficiently.
• Maintains grooming standards.
• Helps conserve energy and water, manages wastes by reducing and recycle the wastes, carefully use of all resources.
• Establishes two ways communication with all including encourage this practice among all.
• Ensures the tidiness & cleanliness in the office.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by superior.
