Viola Communications is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and support the organization in attracting top-tier candidates across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment using AI-driven sourcing platforms and modern recruitment tools.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for multiple functions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Enhance candidate experience with timely communication and AI-enabled engagement tools.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
