Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duration: 12 months extendable (Long term under the payroll of Marc Ellis)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and expertise in Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate should have successfully completed at least three end-to-end (E2E) implementations and be able to provide functional expertise in payroll configurations, compliance, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
2. Design, configure, and test Payroll Fast Formulas to automate calculations, validations, and workflows.
3. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
4. Analyze payroll processing requirements, compliance, and statutory regulations.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, working closely with technical teams when needed.
6. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer for payroll administrators and HR teams.
7. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. 9+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant.
2. Must have successfully completed at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations.
3. Strong expertise in Payroll Fast Formulas and ability to create/modify complex formulas.
4. Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, payroll flows, balance adjustments, and legislative compliance.
5. Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll integrations with third-party systems.
6. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot payroll calculation discrepancies.
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL).
2. Knowledge of UAE local payroll regulations and compliance standards.
3. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
