Job summary
A global logistics company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional to manage the tender preparation process. The role requires overseeing the entire tender lifecycle from receipt to submission, ensuring compliance with company procedures and client expectations. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, along with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas offshore logistics sector. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas offshore logistics industry.
- Independent judgment and ability to implement company procedures.
- Ability to develop persuasive tender submissions and engage stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the entire tender process from receipt to submission.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tender schedule.
- Prepare risk assessments, sales reports, and other documentation.
