A leading international hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated professional to manage banquet service, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to service standards. The role includes communication with chefs and staff, supervising teams, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of related experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and guest relations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience in hospitality.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Responsabilités
- Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards.
- Ensure banquet rooms are ready for service.
- Check in with guests for satisfaction.
