• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets by providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person providing timely and accurate information.
• Prepare and send out quotations to clients, following up on leads to support conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing and event‑related tasks.
• Prepare function sheets and coordinate pre‑conference and post‑event activities.
