Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at an international luxury hotel.
• Strong understanding of health and safety operating procedures.
• Experience in pastry field or fine dining restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mise en place for your section.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading and managing kitchen requirements.
• Create new dishes and recipes with the Sous Chef.
