As part of Kerzner International's global expansion, we offer a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join the One&Only team at One&Only The Palm and One&Only Mirage Resorts in Dubai.

The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for One&Only The Palm and assisting with recruitment strategies for One&Only Royal Mirage. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Recruitment Manager and should have 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or five-star hotel environment, with attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills in English or other languages. Experience with recruitment platforms is preferred; Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
