Job summary

A prominent hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs. Responsibilities include coordinating training activities, evaluating their effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in human resources or hospitality management, as well as at least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
