Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or analytical role, preferably in a similar Assistant Manager position.
  • Experience with Revenue Management systems is preferred.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for key stakeholders.
  • Support F&B teams to maximize revenue through seating inventory management.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Revenue Manager - F&B and Spa to join Madinat Jumeirah.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for key stakeholders.

Support F&B teams to maximise revenue through seating inventory management, menu engineering, and pricing strategies.

Support Spa teams to maximise revenue through KPI tracking, pricing strategies, and menu engineering.

Assist the Senior Revenue Manager on projects that drive F&B and Spa initiatives and innovation.

Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and recommend revenue opportunities.

Conduct market analysis and use Rooms Revenue Management systems to support data‑driven decisions and competitive positioning.

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university studies in commercial, technical, or scientific discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experiencing working in an administrative and/or analytical capacity; preferred is experience in a similar Assistant Manager role
  • Previous experience with Revenue Management systems
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced computer skills (Excel, PMS, CRS, Web) which will be essential to your daily duties
