The role involves defining the marketing strategy, executing multi-channel campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and building brand identity. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and scale marketing efforts for a luxury real‑estate development business. The successful candidate will develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns, build brand positioning, drive lead generation for off‑plan and ready projects, support sales teams, and enhance overall market presence.
Define and implement the annual marketing strategy for existing and upcoming developments, aligned with business growth and brand objectives.
Lead development and execution of multi‑channel campaigns across digital (social media, search, display, email), offline (print, outdoor, POS, events) and experiential (launch events, show homes, roadshows).
Work closely with sales, product/portfolio, design and operations teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with project positioning, pricing, features and launch timelines.
Manage marketing budget: allocate spend across channels, track ROI, optimise performance and report regularly on spend vs outcomes.
Build strong brand identity for developments and the company: develop value‑propositions, key messages, creative assets, brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints.
Oversee digital marketing: develop social media strategy, content calendar, influencers/partnerships, website optimisation, SEO/SEM and analytics.
Generate and nurture leads: implement lead‑generation strategies, coordinate with CRM/sales team, ensure campaigns translate to qualified prospects and contribute to sales pipelines.
Manage agency and vendor relationships (creative agencies, media buying, events, influencers), ensure quality deliverables, timelines and budgets are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer segments, regulatory environment and investment dynamics in real‑estate; use insights to refine marketing plans and positioning.
Lead marketing for project launches, showroom activations, broker/investor events and client‑facing experiences.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management: campaign results, lead‑conversion, brand metrics, market share, cost per lead, sales support contribution.
Mentor and manage junior marketing staff or executives; build capability within the marketing function.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years experience in marketing roles ideally in real‑estate development, residential property, or investment‑focused property sector in the UAE/GCC region.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across channels in real‑estate or property development.
Strong digital marketing knowledge (social media, SEO/SEM, content, analytics) and offline/traditional marketing experience (print, events, OOH).
Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors/agencies and measurement of marketing ROI.
Excellent leadership skills and experience working cross‑functionally with sales, design, product, and operations teams.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with marketing metrics, data‑driven insights and reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English required; Arabic language proficiency would be an advantage.
Commercially minded with good business acumen and understanding of property markets, investor behaviour, lead‑conversion dynamics.
Strategic thinker with ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes.
Results‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Customer/investor‑centric mindset: understands target buyer/investor profiles, motivations and journeys.
