CRM Specialist Real Estate Developer
- Location: UAE (Candidates must be locally available)
- Experience: 3 5 Years
- Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
- Type: Full-time
- Visa: Transferable visa required
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for buyers investors and tenants.
- Manage client interactions using CRM software to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Resolve client queries ensuring high satisfaction levels across the sales lifecycle.
- CRM & Database Management
- Maintain an organized database of prospects and clients in CRM software (Zoho Salesforce or similar).
- Segment and categorize clients based on their buying stage preferences and property interests.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy transaction status updates and communication logs.
- Client Onboarding & Support
- Handle SPAs contracts and assist with documentation coordination.
- Guide clients through onboarding processes and company services.
- Provide post-sale and post-rent support with documents DLD registration and other formalities.
- Lead Generation & Conversion Support
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead qualification and nurturing.
- Engage with leads via calls email and WhatsApp to ensure conversion potential.
- Monitor follow-up timelines and ensure timely response to all inquiries.
- Cross-department Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales Marketing and Admin teams to streamline client handlingli>
- Offer customer feedback and CRM insights to improve service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 5 years of proven experience in a real estate development company in a CRM or client servicing role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zoho HubSpotli>
- Familiarity with DLD (Dubai Land Department) regulations and document procedures is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
