Job summary

A leading technology company in the UAE is seeking a marketing professional to develop and implement strategies tailored for IT and Oil & Gas clients. You will manage digital campaigns across various channels including LinkedIn and email, coordinate with the sales team for lead generation, and analyze marketing performance. The suitable candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in digital marketing tools. Proficiency in English and other European languages is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in IT or Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing.
  • European nationality preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies for IT and Oil & Gas clients.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, website, SEO, paid ads).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage content creation: brochures, presentations, case studies, social media.
  • Organize and support events, exhibitions, and conferences in the region.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Track and report marketing KPIs (ROI, lead generation, conversions).
Qualifications
  • European nationality (EU passport holder).
  • Currently based in UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in IT, software, or Oil & Gas/energy sectors.
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Excellent English; any additional European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, CRM, email tools).
