Job summary
A leading company in the hydraulic systems industry seeks a Senior Sales Engineer or Sales Executive in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of sales experience in hydraulic engineering, building client relationships and driving sales. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and requires a UAE driving license.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer or an experienced Sales Executive with deep industry knowledge and a strong sales track record to join our dynamic team.
- Drive sales of hydraulic systems, components, and solutions to existing and new clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in targeted industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients during the sales process.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- 8 to 10 years of proven sales experience in hydraulic engineering field.
- Technical background or education in mechanical/hydraulic engineering is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
