We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team! If you are creative, driven, and knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market, we’d love to meet you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Understand customer trends and behaviors
  • Promote brand awareness through marketing campaigns
  • Create marketing materials for our website and other platforms
  • Manage and plan social media content
  • Monitor and manage marketing campaign budgets
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance
  • Coordinate with advertising and media partners
  • Track important metrics related to website traffic and audience engagement
  • Generate and follow up on new leads
  • Create new lead-generation strategies
  • Support the marketing team with various activities (social media, events, direct marketing, etc.)
  • Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Perform other marketing tasks as needed
