Position: School Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- School‑level marketing strategy & planning – develop the annual marketing plan for enrolment growth and retention; ensure it remains on track and risk‑manage with stakeholders.
- Brand management – ensure all communications reflect the brand and key messages; act as guardian of branding across the school.
- Content marketing – plan the content calendar; capture stories through photography & videography; review, sign off and publish content across touchpoints.
- School website – maintain accurate, functional content; plan new pages; collaborate with regional team to improve pages and landing sites.
- Social media marketing & community management – lead the school’s presence on major platforms; create engaging copy, images and video; develop posting calendar; monitor comments and respond per guidelines; report performance.
- Email/CRM – design, review and dispatch emails to prospective parents; analyse performance and report to school leadership.
- Events – promote and deliver key admissions and retention events.
- Internal communications & PR – support as needed with the regional team and school leadership.
- Offline marketing collateral planning – environmental branding, OOH placements, giveaways, etc.
- Word‑of‑mouth marketing – gather positive stories & testimonials; manage Google reviews and comments.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- 3+ years experience in marketing or marketing communications.
- Experience working in schools.
- Creative, self‑motivated and thrives under pressure.
- Performance‑oriented, innovation‑driven and passionate.
- Excellent planning, project management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management ability.
- Good knowledge and management of social media platforms.
- Strong content creation / storytelling & design skills (photography, video, Canva, copywriting).
- Experience editing websites via CMS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when proofing content.
- Experience designing emails and using marketing modules of CRM tools.
- Team player who aligns with the philosophy of the school.
Desirable
- Additional marketing qualifications or certifications.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools.
- Experience in B2C marketing within the education sector.
Working Days
Occasional weekend or after‑hours events may be required.
