About the Role

We are expanding our presence in the UAE and invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Senior / Principal Civil Engineer Dubai, UAE. This role will support the delivery of complex civil infrastructure and land development projects across the region. You will play a key role in leading detailed design, client engagement, and interdisciplinary coordination to deliver world-class engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering design packages across infrastructure and land development projects
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8+ years (Senior) or 12+ years (Principal) experience in civil engineering consultancy
• Strong background in civil infrastructure design roads, utilities, grading, drainage, and site development
• Proficient in software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, or similar tools
