Job Description
Task Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets by successfully managing sales plans
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan for CV-Classic, CV-Select, CV-Power and CV-Jumbo, ensure a strong presence in the market.
• Target customer that can support AVI and odd size business in UAE & GCC
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify market shifts while being fully aware of the competition activities, latest market information, schedule changes, updates on embargoes, etc.
The position holder is accountable for the accomplishment of the following tasks:
• Manages Sales actions in the market with Local and Global freight forwarders in the territory.
• Ensuring all Sales related processes are followed in the UAE & GCC
• Meeting Key account clients in the region
• Obtaining market information & keeping a record on same.
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and figures attained on CV.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information provided by Import/Export teams within the region.
• Ensuring CV latest information, changes in schedules, updates on embargoed lists are sent to customer s in the region.
• Analyze market trends and comprehensive sales plan.
Other activities :
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets of UAE through effective planning and sales coverage.
• Should map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
• Should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
• Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationship with the client.
• Keep abreast with events and latest happenings in the industry
Essential Requirements For The Position:
• Operational knowledge
• Having a minimum of 3 years experience in Aircargo industry is a must
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Communicate effectively and assertively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Fully PC literate in word and excel
• Driving license is required
• Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Ability to coordinate with VIP customers
Working Conditions:
• Flexibility with working hours is expected.
• The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
• A certificate of good conduct will be required.
