A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a full-time hostess to welcome and assist guests at the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus. This role ensures a seamless guest experience in a vibrant downtown location.

- Collaborate with the bar manager and F&B service to ensure that guest preferences and special requests are accommodated.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu items ingredients and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
- Help with administrative tasks such as taking reservations managing guest lists and updating restaurant seating arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Manage wait times and communicate accurate estimates to guests during peak hours.
- Assist in training new hostesses and support staff as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about daily specials events and any changes in restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the reception and dining areas.
