Our Demand‑Side Platform (DSP) empowers advertisers to efficiently reach their target audience across mobile devices. We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team and drive continued success.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in growing revenue and driving adoption of the Bidease platform through strategic account management and relationship building. You will be responsible for growing current revenue alongside the Sales and Media Buying teams by communicating with clients to identify and meet their business objectives and ensuring success as they adopt a new platform. From training them on Bidease usage, DSP strategy, and optimization, to strengthening client relationships, you’ll become an integral part of your client’s digital strategy.
This is a hybrid onsite role that requires permanent residence and work authorization in Dubai.
