A leading global distribution firm is seeking a Full-Time Business Development Manager - Express in Dubai. We are looking for a Full-Time Business Development Manager - Express to join their team in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather market information through face-to-face interactions with customers.
- Develop relevant metrics to measure business development performance.
- Stay updated on local market trends and competitor intelligence.
- Share gathered information with the marketing department.
- Sell and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage sales administration and filtering new business opportunities.
- Plan persuasive approaches to win new clients.
- Coordinate information and commercial responses.
- Design and implementing action plans to improve the customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
- 5-7 years working experience in business development, sales executive, or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
