POSITION SUMMARY
Our jobs aren't just about mixing drinks. Instead, we aim to create an experience that is memorable and unique. Our bartenders have the basics down but are constantly exploring new trends, microlocal offerings, and guests' evolving needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts but also hosts of the space. Their role extends beyond the bar to take ownership of guest service broadly and do what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver on our guests' needs. They should be passionate about guest service and attentive to detail—from handling money and providing information to maintaining the quality of drinks.
Regardless of position, critical success factors include creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet, moving around, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. They will also reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well, along with other reasonable job responsibilities, is essential to serve our guests and support our business each day.
