We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist senior accountants in various financial tasks ensuring accurate recordkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

1. Financial Data Entry: Accurately record invoices, expenses, and receipts in the company's accounting software.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in managing invoices, collections, and payments.
3. Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and manage inventory records, particularly for Caf and related purchases.
4. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
5. Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end reconciliation process.
6. Audit Support: Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
7. Payroll Management: Prepare and process payroll in line with WPS requirements.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
3. Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software, preferably Xero.
4. Technical Skills: Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
5. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and financial records.
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the finance team.
