POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren't just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we aim to create an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Welcome Desk Agents take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to move freely within their space and perform necessary tasks. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights, Welcome Desk Agents make transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Regardless of the position, certain qualities are essential for success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. Welcome Desk Agents will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and adopting a hands-on approach to work (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these duties (and other reasonable tasks) is critical to delivering excellent service to our guests and supporting our business every day.
