The Role (In Simple Terms)

We are looking for a Wedding Specialist to lead our wedding concierge service. You will be the person who:

• Speaks directly with couples
• Understands what they are looking for
• Matches them with the right venues, planners, and suppliers
• Makes the process feel calm, organised, and exciting

Your role is to guide, connect, and manage the journey. You are not expected to plan weddings yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speak with couples (email, calls, messaging) to understand their wedding vision, budget, culture, and location
• Recommend and introduce couples to trusted venues, planners, and wedding suppliers
• Manage the concierge journey from first enquiry to successful introduction
• Work with our global network of wedding professionals to ensure a great experience
• Help improve how our concierge works by refining processes and systems
• Collaborate with our internal team (content, partnerships, sales)
