Responsibilities
  1. 全面负责仓库所在地区运营安全管理的标准化制度及机制的建立、流程规划与管理方案输出并监督执行落地,确保公司安全管理体系的持续改进和完善;
  2. 负责对潜在影响法律法规和行业操作规范/标准进行影响评估,并通过审计确保所有风险得到充分识别和控制;
  3. 负责审核各仓库高风险作业方案、EHS管理内审及管理评审;
  4. 建立健全安全考核标准机制,督促各仓库改善安全隐患,推动安全分级检查;
  5. 制定安全管理系统制度及流程,全面提升安全管理效能,构建安全生产长效机制;
  6. 负责安全典型事故的调查处理、分析、报告及整改推进工作;
  7. 负责仓储园区的安全知识推广及文化建设,推动安全文化落实达成
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Management Science, or a related field is preferred.
  2. 熟悉安全相关政策法规在多国的适用性,如UAE等,熟练掌握数据分析及统计工具,具备良好的逻辑思维、数据分析能力及文案功底。
  3. Over 8 years of relevant experience in the safety management field, with at least 5 years in safety program management within large-scale industrial/warehouse and logistics park environments.
