We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator & Pricing Executive with hands‑on experience in freight operations, shipment coordination, and rate management. The role supports sales and operations by handling end‑to‑end shipment coordination, carrier pricing, and customer quotations.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments
• Handle booking with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters
• Prepare and verify shipping documents:
• BL / AWB
• Commercial invoices
• Packing lists
• Delivery orders
• Coordinate with:
• Customs brokers
• Warehouses
• Transport providers
• Track shipments and update clients on status
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs and trade regulations

Pricing & Costing

• Prepare freight quotations for customers
• Request and negotiate rates with:
• Shipping lines
• Airlines
• Transporters
• Overseas agents
• Maintain and update rate sheets
• Support sales team with competitive pricing
• Analyze costs and margins
• Ensure accuracy of billing and job costing

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in:
