As a Waiter/Waitress, you are responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will provide professional, personalized, and discreet service while ensuring all Food & Beverage standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Food & Beverage service in line with hotel standards and operational procedures.
  • Greet, seat, and serve guests in a courteous, professional, and attentive manner.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and daily specials to confidently advise guests.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the outlet and service areas at all times.
  • Complete mise-en-place and service preparation before, during, and after shifts.
  • Reduce wastage, breakage, and spoilage through careful handling of equipment and supplies.
  • Actively upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
