  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
  • Explain the menu and daily specials when required
  • Operate the cashier and process payments (cash / card)
  • Create, enter, and manage invoices accurately
  • Use the computer system for data entry and daily operations
  • Send and receive work-related emails professionally
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Handle customer complaints politely and elevate to management when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
