Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced professional to support the Head of Pricing & Value Proposition. The role involves maximizing product profitability through pricing models, enhancing customer engagement via tailored value propositions, and collaborating with teams for effective implementation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in finance or consumer banking. This full-time position is not remote and will require active collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and/or consumer banking products with at least 3 years in a similar role.

  • Upgrade pricing matrices and drive sophisticated pricing methodologies.

Job description

Support the Head of Pricing & Value Proposition in maximizing product/portfolio profitability by developing pricing models and value propositions across all Retail products and client segments (Elite Islamic and Mass).

Core Responsibilities
  • Alongside the analytics team colead the creation of a Client Lifetime Value (CLTV) model in to establish a framework that will steer Pricing and Value Propositions for CBG.
  • Upgrade pricing matrices and drive sophisticated pricing methodologies/models using advanced concepts (e.g. behavioral pricing) to optimize profitability
  • Drive crosssell and deepsell making use of concepts like bundling to increase revenue
  • Enable implementation of attractive value propositions based on client profiles/segments to increase engagement
  • Alongside marketing team enable implementation of product campaigns
  • Support frontline staff training and awareness of value propositions; directly engage with sales teams to gather handson customer insight sales team feedback and asks/recommendations
  • Facilitate regular leads assignment and monitoring
  • Drive customer value directly engage with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding and customer engagement solutions acquisition journeys mobile and internet bank services loyalty platforms etc.
  • Deliver product/digital training sessions and refresh to sales and support teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Masters degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and/or consumer banking products with at least 3 years in a similar role
