Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to hotel guests to make their stay pleasant.
• Coordinate delivery of fruits for VIP guests.
• Welcome VIP guests and assist them.
• Check in and out guests in a friendly manner.
• Answer guest requests and questions promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints and liaise with relevant departments.
• Practice suggestive selling and familiarize guests with hotel facilities.
