Groomy Pet is a veterinary facility looking for a UAE SMALL ANIMAL LICENSED VETERINARIAN with enthusiasm for small animals . Foreign candidates with a good background in small animal veterinary medicine will be considered. As a Veterinary Doctor, you will provide medical care and treatment to animals in a veterinary clinic or hospital. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting surgical procedures, and providing preventive care for pets and livestock. You will also be responsible for counseling pet owners on animal care, vaccination schedules, and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the management to improve the strategies to manage the patient flow.
  • Leading clinical standards and continue to build the culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Fostering and supporting the highest quality of teaching and mentoring of clinic staff that may need veterinary support such as nurses and handlers.
  • Working closely with all colleagues and nurture a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ensuring compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies and procedures.
  • To be the guidance of the intern veterinarians and students in all the veterinary medicine related activities.
  • Providing support across veterinary area, ensuring the provision of the best practice patient care.
  • Foster innovation by ensuring that Groomy Pet continuously meets the highest international standards of the industry in terms of new physiotherapy treatments and activities.
  • Proposing any potential business expansion opportunities according to real time market demand and status.
