The ideal candidate will have strong UX expertise, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and industry experience in the travel sector. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design a CRM that is intuitive, efficient, and aligned with the specific workflows of travel professionals.

  • UX Design & Prototyping: Develop UX architecture, system flows, and information hierarchy for the CRM.
  • Create wireframes, low‑fidelity prototypes, and high‑fidelity interactive mock‑ups.
  • Design intuitive dashboards, booking workflows, lead management interfaces, and automation screens.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable for future expansion into non‑travel industries.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with developers to translate UX designs into functional product components.
  • Collaborate with UI designers, product owners, and business leaders.
  • Provide clear UX documentation, guidelines, and interaction specifications.
  • Participate in sprints, design reviews, and feedback cycles.
