Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensures the physical management of the stock of goods
• Operates stock movements in the dedicated software and files
• Keeps documents related to stocks
• Periodically counts the stock of goods
• Reports discrepancies between physical and written stock to the hierarchical superior
• Provides stock information
• Respects stock management legislation
• Performs the physical reception of goods at the warehouse entrance
• Reports differences between physical and written goods at reception
• Records, processes, and stores information regarding stock status
• Uses storage space efficiently and keeps stock areas organized
• Performs dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off operations
• Ensures proper sizing when handing over uniforms
• Identifies and recommends modifications to uniforms for a better fit
• Collaborates with Tailors
• Manages spare uniforms stock and ensures sufficient items for each timeframe
• Maintains visual records of employee uniform fit
• Provides accurate information regarding uniforms and appearance procedures
• Communicates politely and professionally with departments and suppliers
• Monitors and handles QA reports regarding uniforms
• Monitors live streams and reports any issues
• Updates employees’ Personal Appearance Files accordingly
